Open Vent and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Account, then choose Settings.
Scroll to Legal & Safety and tap Delete Account.
Read both warnings and confirm Delete Permanently.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, posts, comments, direct messages, community memberships, preferences, reports tied to your account, and uploaded post or support media from active systems. The action cannot be undone.
Limited retention
Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or be retained when reasonably needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Backup copies are isolated from ordinary product use and expire through normal backup rotation.
Before you delete
Save anything you want to keep first. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account; you must complete the in-app steps above.
